MINERVA's strategy, as determined and agreed by the management of the company, has as follows: "MINERVA is a dynamic company that through its products and services, aims to meet its customers needs, while ensuring the best return of capital".
MINERVA, through its executives and management force, has been committed in implementing a growth strategy. This strategy has two aspects: the first refers to the Greek market, to the development of which the company has committed the majority of its resources, while the second refers to the development and expansion of its international activity.
The products we make, from fabrics to final products, are submitted in quality controls in every stage of the production process.
The Quality control department applies all procedures according to the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 which has been certified to our company since 2003.
All our collaborators, manufacturers of yarn-fabrics (spinning mills, dyeing houses), are certified with various international models, as ISO 9001:2000, ISO 9002, Oeko-Tex Standard 100, Eco Textile label.
In this way, we are able to ensure the best possible result, always with respect to the consumer and the environment.

The Company products are distributed with trademarks that have been registered both in the domestic market as well as in the international markets. The trademarks with which company products are distributed today are: MINERVA FORWARD, MINERVA UNDERWORLD, MINERVA FIMELLE, MINERVAKIA , MINERVA BOXER, MINERVA SPORTIES, MINERVA CLASSIC, MINERVA TEEN, MINERVA PYJAMAS, MINERVA SEAMLESS, MINERVA LADY LINE, MINERVA GOSSIP, MINERVA GOSSIP ON THE BEACH, MINERVA MEN GEAR
Commercial Trademarks and Quality Assurance System
The organizational operation of the company is certified per ISO 9002 since 1998 and its application is inspected every year based on TUV 9002 inspection specification. The manufacturing activities that concern the production process and quality control of all Company products have been subsumed in this system.Already in 2003 the company is certified per ISO 9001-2000, for the monitoring of the procedures of creation, production and placement of the company’s products.
During 2002, the Company proceeded to the restructuring of all its commercial sector processes and assigned its implementation to specialized external collaborators.The customer center processes system that was established is inspected by the external collaborators regularly every month to ensure that it is implemented and the appropriate modifications are made. The quality benefits of this system are already apparent, with customer satisfaction being higher and order execution times growing shorter.
Research and Development
The Company has an organized creative department where the samples of its constantly updated product range are designed and created. In 2004, 12 persons worked in this department with specialization as Modelist-patronist, designer, technical specifications personnel, and special cutters and seamstresses that prepare the samples. The specialized personnel of the department visit International exhibitions and are informed on fashion trends.
